- Account or Pro: write from your account's email address.
- Billing or refunds: include the payment ID from the PayPal or Razorpay receipt. To cancel Pro yourself, see Refunds and cancellation.
- Bugs: say what you did, what you expected, and which browser you use. A screenshot or an exported graph file helps a lot.
- Privacy requests (see, correct or delete your data): write from your account's email address so we know it's you.
